School Supply Lists

Grade 5 (2025-2026)

Math & Science (will be labeled with teacher)

• (2) Composition notebooks

ELA & Social Studies (will be labeled with teacher)

• (3) packs of Post-it Notes (4”x4”)

Additional Materials

• (1) 8-pocket folder, plastic, not paper, please (they hold up better)
• (1) 1 regular plastic folder 
• (3) Boxes of tissues or more!
• (2) packs/containers of disinfectant wipes (no baby wipes)
• (1) Set of earbuds in a labeled Ziploc bag
• (1) 8” x 10” whiteboard 
• (1) extra-large soft pencil zipper case/bag with:
  • (2) boxes of sharpened pencils (Ticonderoga pencils preferably- please keep in mind more pencils will be needed throughout the year). 
  • (1) set of colored pencils
  • (1) set of markers- 10 count Crayola broad line 
  • (6) glue sticks 
  • (1) package of multi-color highlighters
  • (1) 4-pack of Expo markers
  • (1) Pair of scissors
  • (1) Hand-held pencil sharpener
  • (2) Sharpie markers (black)
  • (2) ultra-fine Sharpie markers (black)
  • (1) package of multi-colored flair pens (including black) 

EVERY DAY, students will need to bring their zippered pencil pouch to class. Pouch setups will be done in class with their teachers. These supplies will need to be restocked throughout the year.

• (1) Soft zippered pencil pouch
• (1) Box of colored pencils 
• (1) Set of Crayola broad line markers (10 count)
• (1) Set of earbuds in a labeled plastic Ziploc bag 
• (2) Boxes of tissues 
• (2) Containers of disinfectant wipes in cylindrical containers
  please no baby wipes or antibacterial hand wipes
• (1) 8"×10" whiteboard
• (1) Pack of flair felt tip pens, assorted colors

IMPORTANT: Please keep extra supplies at home to replenish items once they run out at school. Pencils, dry erase markers, highlighters, and glue sticks seem to be the items that run out the quickest.

ALGEBRA

• (1) Graphing calculator
  • Assignments will require the use of the Texas Instruments TI-84 Plus CE Graphing Calculator, which will also be used throughout high school. 
  • This calculator provides color graphing and recharging capabilities
  • The TI 84 PLUS would also be acceptable, however it is not rechargeable
  • We will have a classroom set of the TI 84 PLUS to use in class for student use so that students can keep their calculator at home or in their lockers should they choose to 
    • Many students prefer to bring their own calculator with them to class, which is also acceptable. Students will be assigned a specific calculator in class that they will use.
